Every time i went on a vacation oversea, joining the local cooking class in the resort is definitely one thing cannot be missed. This time in Langkawi, i also attended the Asia Cooking Class taught by the local Malay chef. A three-courses set was taught.
Welcome drink: Watermelon juice
The first course (appetizer) was chicken satay. Here are all the ingredients, also for seasoning and saucing.
Topped with some coconut cream and cooking oil, char-grilled for 10 minutes.

The second course was Prawn Curry with vegetables and pineapples
Lastly, dessert- mango pudding was taught by the pastry chef.
Wait for another 15 minutes for our smooth and delicious mango pudding.
