T’ang Court is a 2-michelin-starred (Michelin 3 stars, 2016) impecaable Cantonese seafood restaurant inside of Langham Hotel in Tsim sha Tsui. It is one of my favourite Cantonese restaurants in Hong Kong.

The signature fried cheung fun has a mouth-watering XO sauce fragant, it was wonderfully fried – not dry not too oily. The flavor of XO sauce went through the cheung fun very well.
The most famous award-wining dish at T’ang Court. The spring loins, red onions and shallots were nicely wok fried with a appetizing fragrant. The lobster itself was bouncy, juicy and very flavorful, blissed. A must-try!
Sometimes vegetable dishes are boring, but not always. Different from the normal tofu cooked with soy sauce, which use the silk tofu, this one used the firm tofu. The sauce has a sweet twist but not overly, we enjoyed this dish a lot.
Not that flavorful compare to the previous tofu dish, but not bad – healthy and not very heavily thickened as most of Lung King Heen‘s vegetable dishes.
The presenting of the signature rice dish was so creative and cute! It came with a lovely chessy and crab smell. The seafood fried rice underneath the cheese layer was very umami – not dry not oily. With generous portion of cubed seafood and chessy topping, it was really enjoyable.
The dining experience at T’ang Court was impressive, everything was great – the food, service and ambiance. The restaurant was fully seated the day we went even it was a weekday, even so, the environment was very quite and everything in ordered. We will be back for more signature dishes next time!
